王先生是一位退休總警司，服務香港警隊逾 36 年，具備全面而卓越的行動規劃與風險管理能力，並累積廣泛的防止偷錄竊聽、防止監控及反恐行動經驗。Den is a retired Chief Superintendent of the Hong Kong Police Force with over 36 years of service. He has mastered meticulous operational planning and risk management, with a wealth of experience in technical surveillance counter-measures, counter-surveillance and counter-terrorist operations.

王先生曾在多個警區和分區警署擔任指揮官，擁有豐富前線警務經驗，並負責規劃和執行多項重要保安行動，包括 1998 年香港國際機場搬遷、2005 年在港舉行的世界貿易組織部長級會議，以及多次國家領導人和外國政要訪港的保安行動。2006 至 2010 年間，王先生獲委任為警隊技術部門主管，為重要保安監察及反恐行動提供技術支援和解決方案，包括警察總部的保安規劃及保安系統設計。In addition to serving as a commander in a number of Police divisions and districts, Den was actively involved in planning and executing the security operations for the Hong Kong International Airport relocation in 1998 and the World Trade Ministers Conference held in Hong Kong in 2005, and played an active role in operations for visiting heads of state. In the last four years of his Police career he headed the Police Technical Division, providing technical support to significant security, surveillance and counter-terrorist operations, including the security design and implementation for the Police and ICAC headquarters buildings.

王先生離開警隊後成立 UCS，致力為商界和個人提供全方位的專業保安顧問服務。After his retirement Den set up UCS to provide security consultancy services to the commercial and private sectors.

工餘時間，王先生熱心投入慈善工作，長期服務希望之友教育基金會，擔任董事及執行主席，任內為本地及內地超過 100 個教育項目作出貢獻，包括建設超過 70 所學校。In his spare time Den is committed to charity work, serving a long time as Director and Executive Chairman of the Friends of Hope Education Fund, contributing to over 100 education developments locally and in Mainland China, including the construction of over 70 schools.

王先生於 2009 年獲頒授香港警察榮譽獎章。Den was awarded the Hong Kong Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 2009.

榮女士為退休總警司，服務香港警隊超過 29 年，在內部調查、刑事調查、行政及支援、行動、策劃及發展方面擁有豐富經驗。Barbara served in the Hong Kong Police Force for over 29 years and retired in the rank of Chief Superintendent. She has a wide range of experience in internal investigations, criminal investigations, administration and support, operational roles, and strategic planning and development.

任職警隊策劃及發展部門主管期間，榮女士專責制訂警隊發展方針，並擔任多個重要發展項目的總監，包括警察總部、新界南總區總部、水警基地、警隊搜查及警犬綜合大樓，以及中區警署大樓。出任項目總監期間，她監督各個項目的建築設計、室內空間規劃、施工過程至正式投入運作，確保此等重要建築在保安上達到極高水平。As Head of the Force's Planning and Development Branch she was responsible for formulating strategic planning for the Force, and was Project Director for many significant Police projects — the new Police Headquarters, the New Territories South Regional Police Headquarters, a Marine Police base, the Force Search and Dog Complex and the Central Police Station building. Each involved detailed planning of building design, internal layouts, construction and occupation to ensure very high standards of security.

榮女士於 1999 年獲頒授香港警察榮譽獎章，並於 2005 年獲頒授香港警察卓越獎章。Barbara was awarded the Hong Kong Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 1999 and the Hong Kong Police Distinguished Service Medal in 2005.

• 前香港警隊警司Former Superintendent of Police
• 專業於建築保安及科技罪案Specialised in building security and technology crime

林先生是一位退休警司，服務香港警隊逾 36 年，擁有豐富刑事調查經驗。2002 至 2010 年間出任商業罪案調查科轄下科技罪案組主管，主理預防及偵查科技罪案、提供電腦法理鑑證服務，並為香港警隊及其他執法機關進行相關培訓。服務警隊期間，曾負責大型國際活動的網絡保安，並於財富全球論壇擔任統籌角色。Patrick is a retired Superintendent with over 36 years of service and a wealth of experience in criminal investigations, command and control duties and human resource management. He was officer-in-charge of the Technology Crime Division in the Commercial Crime Bureau between 2002 and 2010, working extensively on the prevention and detection of computer crime, computer forensic services and related training for the Hong Kong Police and other law enforcement agencies. He was the Police coordinator for the Fortune Global Forum and was responsible for cyber security at major international events.

林先生亦曾代表香港警隊於多個國際會議上發言，促進國際間合作打擊電腦罪案。During his tenure as Head of the Technology Crime Division, Patrick represented the Hong Kong Police and spoke at various international conferences to foster international cooperation against computer crime.

自 2013 年 2 月加入 UCS 起，林先生一直活躍為商界提供企業保安服務，主要範疇包括建築保安設計、資訊科技保安及電腦法理鑑證。Patrick joined UCS in February 2013 and has been actively involved in planning and delivering corporate security services, particularly in building security design, IT security and computer forensics.

林先生於 2006 年獲頒授香港警察榮譽獎章。Patrick was awarded the Hong Kong Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 2006.

• 前香港警隊高級督察Former Senior Inspector of Police
• 專業於人身安全保護及調查Specialised in VVIP protection and investigation

繆先生是退休高級督察，服務香港警隊逾 32 年。在職期間曾調查及偵破多宗重大案件，包括商業騙案、製造及使用假信用卡和偽鈔。Miu is a retired Senior Inspector of Police with over 32 years of Police service. He investigated and detected a variety of high-profile criminal cases including business fraud and the manufacture and use of counterfeit credit cards and currency.

繆先生亦曾任職科技罪案組，任內領導調查多宗手法精密的跨國犯罪，並參與防止科技罪案運動講解防罪訊息。During his tenure in the Technology Crime Division, one of the Police units dealing with complex technology crime in Hong Kong, Miu led investigations into many sophisticated multi-national cases and spoke in technology crime prevention campaigns.

繆先生過往代表香港警隊出席不少本地和海外執法會議，並修讀由美國特勤局、英國嚴重及有組織犯罪調查局、聯邦調查局和香港警察學院舉辦的一系列專業培訓課程。Miu represented the Hong Kong Police Force at many local and overseas law enforcement conferences and attended professional training organised by the United States Secret Service, the UK Serious Organised Crime Agency, the FBI and the Hong Kong Police College.

自 2013 年加入 UCS 起，繆先生負責多項商業調查和盡職審查、提供長期人身安全保護服務，並規劃大型活動保安方案。Since joining UCS in 2013 he has been extensively involved in commercial investigations, due-diligence checks, long-term close protection projects and large-scale event protection operations.

繆先生於 2011 年獲頒授香港警察榮譽獎章。Miu was awarded the Police Meritorious Service Medal in 2011.

盧凱明先生服務香港政府逾 35 年，退休前為系統工程師，並擔任政府跨部門技術行動小組的負責人，於多個保安領域累積豐富經驗。Herman served in the Hong Kong Government for over 35 years as a systems engineer and team leader for a technical field operational unit, accumulating a wide range of experience across security disciplines.

在職期間，盧先生負責監督多個高設防行動設施的工程服務，包括行動控制室、通訊系統和特別功能室，亦曾負責設計、安裝與維修警察總部和廉政公署總部的保安及進出通道管制系統。此外，盧先生任內帶領特別職能小組進行法理鑑證檢查，職能包括處理模擬及數碼制式多媒體檔案、檢驗電子數據設備、分析及恢復數據。He supervised engineering services for a number of high-security operational facilities such as operation control rooms, communication systems and special function rooms, as well as the design, installation and maintenance of the security and access control systems in the Police and ICAC headquarters buildings. He also headed a unit responsible for the forensic examination of analogue and digital recording media and electronic data devices, and the processing and recovery of data.

自政府退休後，盧先生加入 UCS，為多個建築項目設計安全防衛系統。Herman joined UCS upon his retirement from the Government and has since designed security systems for many building developments.

盧先生擁有多項專業資格，包括 BSc E&EE、MIET、CEng、MBA，並曾接受安全防衛相關專門訓練。He holds professional qualifications including BSc E&EE, MIET, CEng and MBA, and has received various specialised security training.

張富榮先生是退休高級督察，服務香港警隊逾 37 年。任內累積大量前線警務經驗與知識，專長於預防罪案、偵查刑事案件、調查交通意外、規管牌照和提供訓練。Stephen is a retired Senior Inspector of Police with over 37 years of service. He possesses profound knowledge and a wealth of experience in front-line operations, crime prevention, crime investigation, traffic accident and licensing investigation, and training.

服務機動部隊（PTU）和衝鋒隊（EU）等行動部門期間，張先生參與規劃多個大型公眾活動和滅罪行動的安排；另曾長期擔任警察學院教官。退休前，張先生曾任職資訊系統部五年，負責策劃和統籌警隊內部資訊及通訊系統，為各個部門和單位提供資訊科技服務。During his tenure in operational formations including the Police Tactical Unit and the Emergency Unit, he was involved in planning numerous large-scale public order events and anti-crime operations, and spent a long time as an instructor at the Police College. Before retiring, Stephen served in the Information Systems Wing for five years, coordinating information technology and communications services for all Police formations and units.

張先生自 2017 年 2 月加入 UCS 起，為多個建築和住宅項目提供安全防衛設計，並負責訓練保安人員及編排人手。Stephen joined UCS in February 2017, providing building and home security design as well as the training and deployment of security guards on a number of projects.

王先生畢業於香港科技大學，持有工商管理學士學位，其後取得倫敦大學法律學位。Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a law degree from the University of London.

王先生在 UCS 參與多個大廈及家居安全設計項目，累積豐富經驗。項目內容包括為企業和個人提供保安風險評估、評估後制定風險紓緩措施並落實執行，以及安全防衛系統設計、安裝及與其他智能系統的整合。At UCS, Kevin has worked extensively on building and home security design projects. He is experienced in corporate and individual security risk assessments, post-assessment risk mitigating measures, work implementation, and security system design and integration.

同時，王先生主要負責 D-Fence 入侵偵測系統的總體設計及安裝工作的項目管理，至今已處理超過 50 個項目。D-Fence 是由以色列研發的壓力感應入侵偵測系統。He has been responsible for the design and implementation of the D-Fence intrusion detection system on over 50 projects. D-Fence is an Israeli-developed pressure-sensing intrusion detection system.

黃女士持有香港中文大學語言學學士學位。Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

黃女士加入 UCS 超過四年，參與多項安全顧問服務，包括協助統籌企業及個人的安全風險評估、制定安全策略和應變程序、管理安全防衛設計研討會，以及籌備招標規範、規劃圖紙和文件。She has been with UCS for over four years and has been actively involved in security consultancy services — coordinating corporate and individual security risk assessments, formulating security policies and procedures, administering security design workshops, and preparing tender specifications, security drawings and documentation.

黃女士曾統籌超過 10 項重要基建設施、大型商業及住宅開發項目的安全防衛顧問服務。She has served as project coordinator for over 10 security consultancy engagements covering critical infrastructure and large-scale commercial and residential developments.
