委託Engagement: 嘉里建設委託 UCS，為 NKIL 6533 住宅發展項目提供安全諮詢服務；項目其後定名為緹外。Kerry Properties engaged UCS for security consultancy on the NKIL 6533 residential development, subsequently named Mont Verra.
工作Our work: 評估犯罪、網絡威脅、未經授權監視及周邊滋擾，並就策略、政策與營運提出建議。Assess crime, cyber threats, unauthorised surveillance and perimeter nuisance, with advice spanning strategy, policy and operations.
交付Deliverable: 風險評估與安全規劃報告，涵蓋周界及個別單位，以及影像、警報和壓力感測系統的整合建議。Risk assessment and security planning reports covering the perimeter and individual units, including recommendations for integrating cameras, alarms and pressure-sensing systems.

委託Engagement: 恒基兆業地產聘請 UCS，為美利道 2 號的商業大樓提供獨立安全諮詢。Henderson Land Development engaged UCS as an independent security consultant for its commercial tower at 2 Murray Road.
工作Our work: 識別大樓投入營運後各主要區域的風險，提出相應緩解措施，以及出入控制、影像系統及保安人員部署建議。Identify operational risks across the principal areas and recommend mitigation, access control, camera planning and guard deployment.
交付Deliverable: 安全諮詢報告，說明各項建議背後的風險評估與規劃依據。A security consultancy report setting out the risk assessment and planning rationale behind the recommendations.

委託Engagement: 西九文化區管理局委託 UCS，為 M+ 博物館進行獨立安全審計。The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority commissioned UCS to conduct an independent security audit of M+.
工作Our work: 檢視訪客、車輛、公眾抗議及恐怖主義風險的管理安排。Review management arrangements for visitors, vehicles, public protests and terrorism risks.
交付Deliverable: 安全審計報告與管理建議，包括把七類空間整合為四類安全分區的規劃。A security audit report and management recommendations, including a framework consolidating seven categories of space into four security zones.
